With an increasing pressure on health care, and since prevention is bettermore and more focus is drawn towards preventive measures. After all, prevention is better than curing. Lifestyle is often related to the development of (chronic) diseases. As a result, there is an increasing focus on the importance of improving lifestyles. However, not everyone is able to adapt their own behaviour or lifestyle.
