More by public transport, less by car

In order to reduce car traffic, and thereby reduce CO2 emissions and parking spaces, public transport ought to used much more frequently.  Numerous hospitals implemented initiatives that offered free shuttle services by train and bus stations to the hospital locations. Whilst providing this extra service, hospitals would also potentially save money by not having to provide more parking spaces.

Patients and supervisors appreciate these initiatives (2). Employees think it’s a nice gesture (1) and of course it contributes to a sustainable world (3).
